If you come by car, we will provide you with all the necessary details to easily find us upon your arrival, including the GPS coordinates of the chalet. Once on site, you will find 6 private parking spaces right in front of your chalet.

Alternatively, the hamlet of Vars Ste Catherine is well served by free inter-hamlet shuttles. They will take you directly to Vars Ste Marie or Vars les Claux: the heart of the resort.

We reside in Vars, ensuring our constant availability. Nevertheless, we maintain discretion to ensure a tranquil stay for you. Throughout the year, we are here to assist you in planning your vacations. We can recommend certified instructors to accompany you in various activities such as mountain biking, rafting, hiking, skiing in all its forms, surfing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and more.

Furthermore, we can suggest road cycling routes to conquer the renowned Tour de France mountain passes. Accessible from the chalet, you can venture on the Col de la Bonnette, Col d'Allos, Col de Larche, Col d'Izoard, Col du Galibier, not forgetting the impressive Col de Vars, along with numerous stunning hiking trails.

If you prefer to forgo cooking, we can arrange for a caterer or private chef to deliver or prepare meals at the chalet.

- Explore the area on electric mountain bikes with your family or enjoy downhill mountain biking on specially designed tracks with jumps and turns. Don't miss the opportunity to tackle Europe's longest downhill mountain biking trail (32km) connecting Vars to Embrun. If road cycling is your passion, there are numerous mountain passes accessible from Vars, providing an excellent terrain for cycling enthusiasts.

- Situated at the intersection of three different valleys (Ecrins - Queyras - Ubaye), Vars serves as a central starting point for countless hiking trails (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.

- Experience mountain water in all its forms: from paddle boating or swimming in lakes, hiking along natural waterfalls leading to high-altitude lakes, rafting or inflatable canoeing down the Durance River (prepare to get wet!), to enjoying the best beaches and water activities such as wakeboarding, boating, or kiteboarding on the shores of the magnificent Serre Ponçon Lake.

We rent out this chalet through a company and, therefore, create a rental contract after confirming your reservation.
