This chalet is located in the Montgenèvre resort. Established in 1907, the resort is situated near the Franco-Italian border at an altitude of 1860 meters. As part of the Franco-Italian Milky Way ski area, which includes Clavières, San Sicario, Césane, Sestrières, and Sauze d'Oulx (400 km of slopes and 91 ski lifts), Montgenèvre's ski area offers 100 km of slopes and 37 ski lifts.

The resort is located 20 km from the Oulx TGV station (Italy) and 100 km from Turin Airport, as well as 10 km from Briançon.

No need for a car on-site, as you can also travel by plane or TGV and take the shuttles that come to the resort.

We will be at the chalet to welcome you and remain available throughout your stay. However, we also value your privacy and ensure a tranquil experience.

We are here to assist you all year round in organizing your trips. We can recommend certified instructors for activities such as mountain biking, rafting, hiking, skiing in all its forms, surfing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and more. We can suggest road cycling routes to conquer famous Tour de France mountain passes as well as beautiful hiking trails. If you prefer not to cook, a caterer or private chef can deliver or prepare meals at the chalet. From December 15th to April 15th and from July 1st to August 31st, you have the option to enjoy fresh bread and pastries delivered directly to the chalet.

The chalet is nestled in the heights of Montgenèvre, offering you a panoramic view of the mountains and ski slopes.

The shops and activities are just 300m away from the chalet, and the ski resort is only 500m away.

You can easily get around on foot or by using the free shuttle service. Whether it's winter or summer, the free shuttles will take you anywhere within the resort, including the starting points of numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails. The shuttle stop is conveniently located 50m from the chalet.

The jacuzzi is heated all year round at 37°C. Its usage is exclusive, and we change the water of the jacuzzi between each reservation.

For each booking, we establish a rental agreement between us. You are required to send us a copy of your ID and proof of address via email.
