Located in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes, passionate about our mountains, we welcome you all year in our chalets in Montgenèvre and Vars. Ten unique addresses, for 12 to 24 people, perfect for family, friends, or celebrating life’s big moments.

If you come by car, we will provide you with all the necessary details to easily find us upon your arrival, including the GPS coordinates of the chalet.

Once on site, you will find 5 private parking spaces right in front of your chalet.

The resort is located 20 km from the Oulx TGV train station (Italy) and 100 km from Turin airport, as well as 10 km from Briançon.

During both winter and summer, complimentary shuttle buses run regularly to take you to the starting points of various activities.

We will be at the chalet to welcome you and remain available throughout your stay. However, we maintain discretion to ensure you have a peaceful stay.

We are here to assist you all year round in organizing your trips. We can recommend certified instructors to accompany you on mountain biking, rafting, hiking, skiing in all its forms, surfing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and more. We can also suggest road cycling routes to conquer the famous Tour de France cols and beautiful hiking trails. If you prefer not to cook, a caterer or private chef can deliver or prepare meals for you at the chalet. From December 15th to April 15th and from July 1st to August 31st, you can enjoy the delivery of fresh bread and pastries directly to the chalet.

This chalet is located on the slopes, in the heart of the Montgenèvre ski area, facing the 18-hole international golf course and the Nuxe spa center of the resort.

You can ski in and out directly from the chalet. The location of this chalet makes it a unique place for your vacation.

During winter and summer, complimentary shuttles will transport you throughout the resort, providing easy access to numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails.

You can do everything on foot from the chalet and won't need your car during your stay with us.

We rent this chalet through a company and therefore establish a rental agreement after confirming your reservation.
